Who you are dealing with

Acceptance

Sending an inquiry, paying an invoice, or taking a seat means you accept these terms and the refund note that belongs to the session you booked. If you book for a group, you confirm that the people you name know the date, the language of the room, and these terms.

What a booking covers

A booking is time in the Suwon reading room, or a voice-call Desk Hour when we have agreed one, together with the packet described on the session page. The session teaches reading of smart contract concepts on Solana. Security audits, deployment, wallet setup, and writing a program for a client sit outside every booking. Fees and quote rules are on the rates page.

Intellectual property

Packets, shelf notes, and recap letters are prepared for the people on that booking. You may keep them and use them inside your own team. You may not publish the packet as your own material, resell the seat, or hand the printed set to a group who did not attend. Source code you send us remains yours. We use it only to prepare that packet and we delete private repositories from the room’s machines within thirty days after the session, unless you ask us to keep a copy for a follow-up Desk Hour in the same quarter.

Conduct in the room

The table is for the program on the packet. Recording is not permitted. Arriving after the start may mean waiting for a break, as stated on the Source Circle page. We may end a sitting if someone is abusive toward staff or other visitors, and the refund note explains what is owed in that case.

Liability

Sessions are teaching. Decisions you make afterward about shipping a program, holding assets, or signing a transaction are yours. To the extent Korean law allows, Focus Orbitway’s liability arising from a booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from a booking, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
