On the packet

Four columns before anyone debates the handler.

Every Program Concept Session starts from the same sheet. The nouns below are the ones the room insists on writing down.

Account index

The transaction carries one list. The instruction points into it by position. A swapped index is a different instruction, even when the public keys look right.

Owner program

The key and the owner are written side by side. A token account owned by the wrong program is caught on the sheet, not three hours later in a failing test.

Signer flag

The runtime has already checked the signature. The table records who must sign, including a program-derived address that signs with its seeds.

Rent-exempt lamports

New accounts are funded to the minimum for their byte length. Closing them names a destination for those lamports. Both lines sit on the map.

A week in the room

Paper first. The local validator waits.

Tuesday and Friday hold Desk Hours at 14:00 and 16:00. Wednesday, when it is the first of the month, is the open Program Concept Session from 13:00 to 16:00. Thursday evening is the Source Circle, currently the escrow that runs from 1 October to 5 November 2026.

Visitors with a confirmed seat may come twenty minutes early and use the shelf. Walk-in tutoring is not offered; the packet has to exist before the chair is useful.

From a private Wednesday

A four-person studio in Gyeonggi booked the room for their own escrow, ten days out. Two of them had never created an account. The packet used their repository. By 16:00 the vault’s seeds were written the same way on all four copies, and they postponed the settle instruction until the close destination was explicit.
