“Minseo made us point at each account in the escrow before anyone opened a laptop. I still mix the vault and the signer when I am tired. The printed map is on my desk, and I use that rather than my memory.”

A longer note
Four people, one escrow, a settle instruction they did not write yet.
In May 2026 a four-person team from a Gyeonggi marketplace studio booked a private Program Concept Session. Two had never created an account. One had shipped a small program and wanted the others to share a vocabulary before they split the work. They sent the repository twelve days ahead. The packet was theirs, not the open-session escrow.
The constraint they named in the inquiry was time: they had promised a demo the following Friday and hoped the afternoon would “get them coding.” Minseo kept the first two hours on the account map anyway. The vault’s seeds were not the same on two of the copies they had brought. That mismatch would have produced two addresses. They rewrote the seeds once, on paper, and all four initialed the line.
The settle instruction was still vague about where lamports would go if the vault closed. The room did not invent a destination for them. The recap, sent the next morning, listed the map they had agreed and the close destination they had not. They moved the demo and wrote the close as its own instruction the week after. One of them later wrote that the delay was annoying and that the mismatched seeds would have been worse.
