Cancellations and refunds

Eligibility and timeframe

You may ask for a refund of a fee you have paid for a session that has not been fully delivered. The amount depends on how close the cancellation is to the start, and on whether we have already prepared a named packet. Ask within fourteen days after the date you are cancelling, or, if the session already happened, within fourteen days after it ended when you believe a fee was charged in error.

Open Program Concept Session

Cancel seven or more days before the Wednesday and the seat fee is refunded in full. Cancel between three and six days before, and half the seat fee is refunded, because the packet has been printed with your name and the remaining seats cannot always be refilled. Cancel inside forty-eight hours, or fail to attend, and the seat fee is not refunded.

Desk Hour

Cancel with at least two full days’ notice and the ₩95,000 fee is refunded in full. Inside two days, or on a no-show, the fee is kept. You may move a Desk Hour once, without a fee, if you write before the day of the hour and we have another Tuesday or Friday open in the following two weeks.

Source Circle

Cancel ten or more days before the first Thursday and the ₩420,000 fee is refunded in full. After the printed set has been prepared and the first evening has been held, refunds cover only the evenings not yet held, minus ₩70,000 for that printed set. A missed evening is not refunded as cash. One miss in that month may be replaced by a Desk Hour, as stated on the circle page. A second miss is not replaced and is not refunded.

Private concept session

The quote splits a prep portion and a room portion. If you cancel five or more days before the afternoon, the room portion is refunded and the prep portion is kept if the packet has already been started. If the packet has not been started, the invoice is refunded in full. Inside five days, the room portion is kept as well.

Work already started and materials

A packet written for a program you named counts as work already started once we have sent you the first draft or printed the set. Printed packets are part of the session fee and stay with the people who attended.

Deposits

We do not take a separate deposit. The invoice is the full fee, sent after the date is agreed, payable by bank transfer. Cancelling before you pay means there is nothing to refund; we simply release the seat.

No-shows and ending a session

A no-show is treated as a late cancellation under the rule for that session. If we end a sitting because of abusive conduct, fees for time already held that day are not refunded. Unused future evenings of a circle are refunded under the circle rule above.

Rescheduling

Open Wednesday seats can move to the next open Wednesday if you write at least seven days ahead and that later session has room. Desk Hours follow the one free move described above. Circle evenings are not moved individually; use the single replacement Desk Hour instead. A private afternoon can move once, at least five days ahead, if the packet is still the right one.

Process, method, and timing

Email hello@focus-orbitway.click with the subject Refund, the names on the booking, the session date, and the invoice number if you have it. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice, within ten working days of that confirmation. We do not refund to a card, because we do not take card payments.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you may take a full refund or move to another date we offer. Illness on our side is handled the same way. These rules do not limit any non-waivable right you have under Korean law.
