What we collect

If you write through the contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, the session you chose, any preferred date, any group size, and the message you send. If you later pay an invoice, we also keep the invoice number, the amount, and the name on the transfer. We do not ask for resident registration numbers, card numbers, or wallet seed phrases. Please do not put secrets into the message field.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer you, prepare a packet, hold a seat, send a recap, and issue or reconcile an invoice. The legal basis we rely on is taking steps toward a contract and performing that contract, and, where we keep records of payment, our obligation to keep proper accounts. We do not use inquiry text for advertising lists.

Retention

Inquiry messages and seat notes are kept for twenty-four months after the last session they relate to, then deleted from the room mailbox and the booking book. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period Korean tax rules require. Private source you sent for a packet is removed from room machines within thirty days after the session, as stated in the terms.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may ask us to tell you what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop a particular use, subject to the records we must keep for tax and for an unresolved booking. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission. To exercise a right, email hello@focus-orbitway.click. We answer those requests within the period the Act requires.

International transfers

The booking book and the mailbox are handled in the Republic of Korea. We do not sell personal information and we do not move the booking file to a processor outside Korea for marketing. Email you send us may pass through the mail provider’s servers in the ordinary course of delivery. Fonts on this website are requested from Google’s font service; that request includes your IP address as part of loading the page. See the cookie notice for what is stored in the browser.

Sharing

Staff who lead your session see the packet details they need. We share information with a bank only as far as the transfer itself requires, and with a public authority if the law requires it. We do not share your message with other visitors.
